Camellia x williamsii. Evergreen shrub, with polished green leaves. Compact for, upright habit. Large double, white/cream flowers, with frilled petals in late winter and early spring. Prefers slightly acidic soil, partial shade, moist but well drained soil in sheltered locations. Water well in a dry summer as flower buds formed then for following year.
